5/5 for services provided to me and my wife by Jaimin tours & travels for my dubai trip dated 1st march,2023 to 10th march,2023. First things first, this is going to be a slightly long review but i would suggest please read it till the end to get a better perspective.
To begin with, back in November,2022 i was looking for a service provider to help me manage my dubai trip. i had enquired with 2-3 other tour operators but things were not working out with them. either their budget was going overboard or their itinerary was not what i was looking for. along with famous places like burj khalifa, desert safari and dubai marina, i also wanted to explore some other places in dubai which are less famous and less explored by tourists. So i had made my own itinerary & wanted a tour manager who would help me plan it accordingly. but most of the tour operators had a fixed itinerary and were not flexible enough to change it and those who were flexible enough to change it were not in my budget.
In comes JAIMIN tours & travels, i got their info from google, called up and fixed up a meeting. i went to their office and met VAISHALI MA’AM, showed her my itinerary and told her i want my holiday to be planned as per this itinerary that i have prepared. She went through it and said ‘Dont worry sir. this would be taken care of.’ That was a first sigh of relief as i finally had found a tour manager who was flexible enough to schedule & customize my trip as per my wish and not forcing me to buy one of their readymade packages with fixed itinerary. the next big step was the budget. but when i got the quotation from jaimin tours & travels, i was surprised that the quotation was well within my budget and the prices were super competitive. So, i decided to go with them as they checked two huge boxes – itinerary & budget.
Post that things were super easy as i got all the timely guidance from them regarding all the bookings & visa. anything & everything from flights to hotel bookings to excursion ticket bookings to visa to insurance was taken care of by vaishali ma’am and all i had to do was pack my bags and be ready for my holiday. one thing i would like to mention here is that i wanted to visit the museum of the future and this is one thing that is super difficult to book as the tickets are sold according to the slots and the slot bookings open around 30-45 days prior and get filled very fast. if one is late then all the slots get sold out very fast. but for me, this was also very easy. the day the slots opened, i got a call from vaishali ma’am saying ‘sir, the museum of the future slot is open for ur scheduled date. we should book it asap’. and thanx to her, i got my museum of the future tickets on time and was able to visit it.
Once there, things were super smooth. as me and my wife were visiting dubai for the first time, we were clueless about the transportation & travelling. but thanx to jaimin travels, travelling in dubai was cakewalk for us. the car provided by them was in top condition. all the transfers, sight seeings alongwith airport pickup and drop was taken care of without any glitches and on scheduled time. Their team in dubai (special mention to JOAN ma’am) is very prompt and just one watsapp away. and they managed my entire 10 day trip beautifully without any hiccups. also, i would like to mention the driver provided to me, Mr. MANISH. he was with us throughout the trip. he is very soft spoken, well behaved and cool natured man and a very good driver. he gave many insights about dubai while driving us around. and because of his info about the places we were visiting, we could see dubai from a whole new perspective. he was very punctual and always on time. in fact, he was always 15 minutes before time. so we were able to reach everywhere on time and as per schedule.
So, to sum up, my dubai trip happened just as i had hoped for, within my budget, and we are back in mumbai with fond memories. and the entire credit goes to the team of jaimin tours & travels (MR.HEMAL, VAISHALI MA’AM, JOAN MA’AM, MR. MANISH and the entire team). cheer
